Using the oil from the Eau Claire Oil & Vinegar bar to cook delicious furikake-coated tuna steaks for dinner!

A while back I shared my Hawaiian-inspired seared tuna dish… well I made it up again, this time using oil from the Eau Claire Oil & Vinegar Bar to cook the tuna. I used my favourite Furikake seasoning to coat the tuna steak… and created SO much NOM.

This is the Blood Orange EVOO – but I also used the Ginger Lime… I like the Blood Orange better I think…

What kind of creative things have you done with flavoured olive oils?
